Terms of Service
Effective October 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mandateproxy.com and the Mandate Proxy service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Multideas Media Group, LLC, a Wyoming series limited liability company, acting through its series Media Digital Suites ("Mandate Proxy", "we", "us"). By requesting access to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree to them for that business and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
Mandate Proxy completes errands and administrative tasks for you across third-party websites and services, based on your instructions. The Service is currently offered to a limited founding group. Features, availability and pricing may change before and after general release.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your authorization
When you ask us to complete a task, you authorize Mandate Proxy to act on your behalf for that task, including accessing the websites and accounts involved and submitting information to them, within the scope of your instructions. You confirm that you have the right to give us that authorization, and that acting on your behalf does not violate the terms of the websites involved or any agreement you have with them. You may withdraw an authorization at any time by contacting us, which does not undo actions already completed.
Where the Service asks for your approval before a step, the step does not go ahead without it. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve.
4. No legal, tax or financial advice
Mandate Proxy does not provide legal, tax or financial advice or representation. Services consist of document preparation based on your instructions, clerical organization and administrative automation. Nothing in the Service creates an attorney-client or advisor relationship. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
5. Third-party websites and services
The Service works with websites and services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, fees, decisions or outcomes, such as whether a provider agrees to lower a bill or accepts a dispute. Your relationship with each third party is governed by its own terms.
6. Fees
Founding access terms, including any fees, will be shared with you before you are charged. If paid plans are offered, the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you subscribe.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
- access accounts or information you are not authorized to access;
- commit fraud, impersonate anyone, or submit false information;
- harass, threaten or send unsolicited messages to others;
- interfere with, attack or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any third-party system.
We may decline any task, and may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You give us permission to use them only to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Communications
You agree that we may contact you by email about your account and tasks. Text messages are sent only if you agree to receive them, as described in our SMS Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular result, savings or outcome from a task.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mandate Proxy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Mandate Proxy harmless from claims arising from your instructions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Ending the Service
You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
